On receipt of an order Hartwell designate one point of contact to manage the project to completion. This project manager has a wealth of experience in fabrication and manufacturing services.

Their focus is to ensure that the project meets client requirements and exceeds expectations in quality of service.

On most projects the project manager will develop a Contract Management Plan which will identify the key project delivery requirements, test and inspection protocols and communication channels. This assists both Hartwell and our client to monitor in process works to successful completion of the project.

Design Facilities

Hartwell has a fully equipped design department providing the ability to supply detailed CAD designs for manufacturing purposes.

Designs are completed by qualified and experience mechanical design engineers who have a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing and fabrication.

On special machining requirements this design can be automatically transferred to our CNC machining and plasma profiling equipment.

Fully detailed fabrication designs can be completed including all necessary design calculations to comply with all European and British Standards

With regards to our Flue and Chimney systems a full design would be provided included sizing of flues and support structures.
